You will ensure that operational compliance tasks are carried out and discrepancies resolved in a timely manner and proactively work with delivering and improving policies, procedures, training and other tools, as applicable to business areas. 
 
In this role you will also perform information gathering activities for compliance incidents and investigations and ensure cases are thoroughly documented.

  • Work experience with regulated industries or authorities 
  • Prior experience in managing multiple projects/investigations with different stakeholders and deadlines, identifying issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

We are looking for a ISMS specialist 
 
As an Information Security Management Specialist you are responsible for the maintenance of Pafs ISMS as part of ISO 27001:2013. You will implement new regulations into our ISMS Scope and streamline and optimize ISMS according to Paf needs.  
 
In your role you will make sure control points in Annex A are followed according to policy and procedures as well as implementing new monitoring and control points to cover ISMS scope. 
 
You will be part of company projects to give input from ISMS point of view and make sure project follow ISMS plan and implementation guidelines as well as supporting management review preparations. 
 
You will conduct internal audit on specific areas are part of your job as well as the coordination of them. Prepare and plan for regulatory and ISO 27001:2013 audits and have a lead role in these as well as collect and maintain evidence of control points before audits. Measurements and metrics are important.

As MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with AML and CTF legislation and regulation within the Paf Group. This includes maintaining and implementing policies and procedures and following any regulatory changes related to AML in the markets where Paf operates. 
 
One of your most important tasks will be to proactively work with finding new ways of identifying ML and TF activities and taking appropriate actions. As MLRO you will collaborate with many different stakeholders and teams within Paf but you will also represent the company in external matters regarding AML and CTF. 
In this role you will lead and coordinate the deputy MLRO(s) and you will have one person reporting to you. You will also chair and lead a virtual steering group.

In Helsinki we are looking for a Service Technician Assistant for the summer of 2019. 
 
Your work 
Your job will will take place primarily onboard ships in the harbour and around ports in the Helsinki area. There are also work trips on board the vessels where we operate. Main tasks are repairing slot machines such as changing modules and devices, troubleshooting and checking the functions of the machines. Updating the programs in the slot machines on given templates as well as maintenance and upkeep of Casino equipment is also an important part of your job.  
 
You will work largely independently but the social aspect is also an important part, the work is done in the field so meeting people is something you will be doing on a daily basis. You will work both individually and in a team of four technicians. Our office is located at Skatudden where we start from on a daily basis. 
 
Your qualifications and experiences 
  • You have a high school education with electronic/data specialization.  
  • If you are a thorough and efficient person with great interest in electronics, systems, data and mechanics, you will thrive 
  • Driving license is a requirement. 
  • You need to have computer skills. 
  • Language knowledge in English and Finnish is required, basic knowledge in Swedish is desirable.

Du schemaläggs vanligtvis 7 - 7 (7 dagar jobb/7 dagar ledigt), 10 - 10 eller 14 - 14, vissa variationer utifrån detta kan förekomma.
