About the position:
We are looking for react developers who are curious and passionate about programming. You are happy to take your own initiatives and are easy to collaborate with. Furthermore, you are driven, and you never hesitate to ask for help when you need it. The team today is characterized by an open-minded atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

You are involved in the entire development process, from requirement specification, creation of stories, estimations, sprint planning, development, testing and release. Are an awesome React developer, where experience with GraphQL, Relay and Typescript is an advantage.  We do not care about education and experience. We award:

What will you do:

You will be a member in a team who is responsible for customer journey in Paf gaming sites. Customer journey covers many things including items like Registration, Responsible Gaming, Settings etc. As a Software Developer you are involved in the entire development process, from requirement specification, creation of stories, estimations, planning, development, testing and release.
 
We are looking for you, who:

Are having solid full stack Java development skills with a drive to learn more. You want to be part of a self-driven cross functional team and you are having good interpersonal and collaboration skills. If you also have experience with microservices and AWS it is seen as an advantage.

Paf Land & Ship Operations is now looking for a Team Leader with Technician-responsibilities to join our team.  

About the role 

As a Team Leader you will manage overall operations within the area of responsibility (Helsinki and Tallinn). You are responsible for the effective and successful management of staff, productivity, quality control and safety measures for your team. You are also responsible for implementing solutions delivered by the Technical Development team. Enhance the operational processes to achieve highest possible efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. You will also be a part of the daily hands on operations activities, such as troubleshooting, service, repairs, installations on machines (e.g. slots, amusements, cash-desks).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and award-winning industry leader in responsible  gaming. 

Requirements

  • Good knowledge in spoken and written English (English is our corporate language)
  • Well organised, manage multiple tasks and detailed-oriented 
  • Good knowledge in spoken and written Finnish 
  • Degree in electronics or similar technical degrees
  • B driving license 

Interpersonal skills 

  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Flexibility, honesty and reliability are considered important factors 

Experience that is a plus 

  • Agile way of working  
  • Jira and Confluence  
  • Google drive and spreadsheets 

Other: 

  • Work related travels is required on regular basis
  • This position  will be located  in our Helsinki or Tallinn office and is a full time employment
