Haemme kokeneita pelinhoitajia (Blackjack & Roulette) työskentelemään Itämeren risteilyaluksilla.

Tarjoamme tiivistetyn koulutuksen laivakohtaisiin tehtäviin (5 päivää sekä harjoittelujakson yhdellä laivoista), minkä jälkeen voit aloittaa itsenäisen työskentelyn. Tarjoamme myös matkat ja majoituksen koulutuksen ajalta. Koulutus pidetään kesällä 2022 Ahvenanmaalla.

Joka vuosi miljoonat risteilymatkustajat liikkuvat Helsingin, Tukholman, Turun, Maarianhaminan sekä useiden muiden kaupunkien välillä. Tämä tarkoittaa suurta asiakasvirtaa merellisessä ympäristössä, jossa roolisi jännittävässä ja monipuolisessa croupierin työssä on edustaa Pafia ja vastata sen pelitoiminnasta laivoilla.

Työtehtävät:
Vastaat osaltasi siitä, että laivalla tapahtuva pelitoiminta on palvelu- ja tulosorientoitunutta kaikissa Pafin peleissä (pöytäpelit, bingo, automaatit). 

Työtehtäviin kuuluu muun muassa pelitapahtumien seuranta, peliautomaattien toiminnot ja yksinkertaiset huoltotehtävät sekä rahan käsittely, raportointi ja turvallisuuteen liittyvät tehtävät.

Työsuhde:
Hyväksytyn koulutuksen ja harjoittelujakson päätteeksi lisäämme sinut sijaislistalle. Työskennellessäsi laivalla pelinhoitajana työnantajasi on varustamo ja noudatat varustamon sekä Pafin toimintaohjeita ja sääntöjä. 

Tarjolla on sekä lyhyempiä että pidempiä työjaksoja. Lyhyemmät vaihtelevat parista päivästä pariin viikkoon ja pidempien työjaksojen kohdalla käytetään yleensä 1:1 systeemiä eli työssäolon jälkeen seuraa yhtä pitkä jakso vapaata. 

Varustamot edellyttävät voimassa olevaa passia. Lisäksi tehtävään edellytetään merimieslääkärintodistusta sekä Traficomista hankittavaa merenkulun Security Awareness -pätevyystodistusta, autamme mielellämme näiden hankinnassa ja vastaamme näistä aiheutuvista kustannuksista.

Vi söker utbildade croupierer (Blackjack & Roulette) för arbete ombord på kryssningsfartyg i Östersjön. 

Vi erbjuder en kortare utbildning inom fartygsspecifika områden (ca 5 dagar + praktik ombord på ett av fartygen) innan du kan börja arbeta självständigt ombord. Utbildningen kommer att äga rum på Åland under sommaren 2022. Resor till och från utbildningen samt boende under utbildningen bekostas av Paf.

Varje år reser miljontals passagerare med fartygen som trafikerar mellan bland annat Helsingfors, Stockholm, Åbo, Mariehamn, Tallinn och Riga. Detta innebär ett stort och konstant flöde av kunder i en fartygsmiljö där du i ditt spännande och omväxlande arbete som croupier är ambassadör för Paf och ansvarar för spelverksamheten ombord.

Din uppgift:
Ansvara för att spelunderhållningen ombord utförs på ett service- och resultatinriktat sätt utgående från Pafs spelutbud (bordsspel, bingo och spelautomater). 
I rollen ingår bland annat övervakning av spelaktiviteter, enklare underhåll av spelautomaterna, kassahantering, redovisning och rapportering samt säkerhetsrelaterade uppgifter.

Anställningsförhållande:
Efter godkänd utbildning och praktik kommer du att ingå i vår vikariepool. När du arbetar som croupier på ett fartyg är du anställd vid det aktuella rederiet och följer därmed rederiets och Pafs arbetsdirektiv. Du rapporterar både till din närmsta chef på rederiet och på Paf.

Vikariaten är av både kortare och längre karaktär. De kortare vikariaten är från några dagar till några veckor och de längre vikariaten följer vanligtvis ett 1:1-system, vilket innebär att motsvarande ledighet följer efter utfört arbete.

För arbete ombord kräver rederierna ett giltigt pass. Även ett sjömansläkarintyg och ett certifikat över Security Awareness utbildning från Traficom krävs, där vi hjälper dig med införskaffandet och står för kostnaderna.

Arbetsspråk:
Svenska, finska och engelska, beroende på vilken linje fartyget trafikerar.

The integration team is responsible for implementing game providers on the site and integrating their bonus system with Paf's bonus system. We are now looking for a Technician to join our team on Åland

About the role:

As a Technician you will be working in a team with technicians that delivers technical support on our partners vessels around the Baltic Sea. The technical support consists of mechanical and electronic maintenance as well as programming according to agreed values and procedures on our slot machines, amusement games, cash centers, casino equipment and other various systems in our area of expertise. The role also involves workshop duties, both mechanical and electronic, as well as various transports when needed.

We are looking for a person who is persistent and able to work under pressure, is cooperative and supports others with an open mind and has a high flexibility.
