When can I apply and what trainee positions are available?

All available trainee positions will be posted on https://aboutpaf.com/careers/on 3rd January 2022. The application process is open from 3rd January 2022 and closes 31st January 2022.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible to apply you need to be 18 years old.
  • All candidates must be in the final stages of studies or have recently graduated. There is no upper age limit.
  • Good knowledge in spoken and written English (English is our corporate language).
  • Meet the requirements for the specific open position.

We offer

We offer Summer Traineeships (normally between May -September but might vary from location) with: 

  • Flexibility – Your start date and end date is flexible from May to September. For this flexibility is important so that your studies are not affected.
  • Fair compensation – You will get paid for your trainee experience at Paf.

The application process

  • The application process for trainees opens on 3 January and closes 31 January 2022.
  • Your journey starts with the application. Apply via https://aboutpaf.com/careers/ .  Answer a couple of questions, give your motivation and your contact information.

The interview can be conducted digitally or in-person.

  • If you proceed to the next step you will receive an invitation to conduct an assessment. Assessments gives us the opportunity for an objective selections process.
  • The assessment focuses on competencies that are relevant for the position you are applying for. You can easily do the assessment on your computer, phone or tablet. You always get feedback on your  result. 
  • If you have reached this stage you will receive an offer from your hiring manager. Paf’s signing process is completely digital.
  • Paf’s onboarding activities bring you into contact with our whole business. It’s a real kickstart on your new adventures within the Paf family.
