Corporate Communication Assistant TraineeDuring the summer, a big part of my job has been the planning process of the new social media platforms for Paf’s corporate communication. It has been an exciting experience to be a part of. I have gotten the possibility to be creative and to think on my own. This summer the main lesson for me has been to learn by doing. I have gotten feedback from my colleagues which has helped me to improve my work.
The best memory I take with me from Paf is the helpful colleagues. At Paf you are always offered help, it contributes to not feeling lost or alone in your work. Everybody helps everybody and it is something I really have appreciated during my time at Paf.

Software Engineer TraineeThis summer I have worked in the Land & Ship Tech department and I have really enjoyed it. The biggest lesson from my time at Paf is a deeper understanding of the working methods used in a department that works with development and data management. I have been involved in all phases of a development project, such as planning meetings, development, testing and publishing.
“My favourite memories from Paf are all the situations when me and the other trainees invented things together. Despite working in different departments, we often took lunch and dinner together too. It’s something I appreciate and I think sums up the mood at Paf!

Corporate Communication Assistant TraineeI worked a lot with Paf’s corporate website, and there I discovered how important it is for a company to be transparent and to have open communication with its customers and employees. It was also new for me to work with a company’s internal communication, and I know that this knowledge and experience will be of great benefit for me in my working life.
“My favourite memory from Paf is not a specific day or event, but all my fantastic colleagues. Everyone at Paf has been incredibly welcoming and inclusive, and thanks to the introduction at the beginning of the summer, I also became very close to the other trainees, despite the fact that we were in different departments. That sense of community is definitely what I will remember most fondly from Paf.
