Finnish woman from Satakunta won €2.9 million on Paf
A young woman from Satakunta won €2,946,407 after betting just 40 cents on the online game Gears of Eternia Dream Drop Megaways on Paf.com. It was late in the evening of 22 August that the jackpot was won.
“I didn't think it was real and I thought that the game had crashed when the winnings started rolling in,” the happy winner told Paf.
The winner says that she had her friend and her partner next to her at the moment of winning.
Couldn't sleep
The winner tells Paf that she had trouble sleeping after winning the millions. In the night, she woke up and logged in to the gaming account again to see if the money was there.
“I didn't really dare to celebrate and especially when I tried to withdraw the money, everything got stuck. I was a bit sceptical until Paf called me,” says the winner.
Large million-dollar winnings cannot be withdrawn from the gaming account immediately because they must first be verified and secured before they can be paid out.
Buying carrots with the money
The lucky winner tells Paf that she will pay off all her loans and also renovate her home. She is currently studying and her main interest is horses.
“I have two horses, one of which I recently bought. The horses could really use a good winter stable and of course I will buy carrots for the horses,” says the winner.
