Basketball legend Kaspars Kambala in new Paf collaboration
Basketball legend Kaspars Kambala is one of the biggest sports stars in Latvia. He is best known for his long career in basketball. Among his many achievements, he shares the points record for a single Europaleague match of 41 points. He has also been a professional boxer and co-written the bestselling autobiography ‘Kambala…, Amen’. Now he is starting a collaboration with Paf in Latvia.
“I studied casino management in the gaming mecca of Las Vegas. I have been interested in the gaming industry for a very long time. The gaming industry even has a place on my body – one of my tattoos is of a roulette table,” says Kaspars Kambala.
The Book of Kambala slot
Paf is one of the few gaming companies in the world to make their own games. Together with Kaspars Kambala Paf has developed the slot game Book of Kambala. The game tells the story of Kambala’s varied and sometimes controversial history – where the symbol of the game is his famous autobiography.
“I was very pleased to accept Paf’s offer to become the leading character of the first Paf game made for the Latvian market. It’s also cool that we can give a second life in the game to the ‘Kambala…, Amen’ book by me and Armand Puce,” says Kaspars Kambala.
Paf’s marketing manager in Latvia is pleased with the collaboration and the high quality new slot game.
“Kambala’s life is really colourful so it’s a great fit for a casino game. We have been working for over a year now to develop this first personality led slot game for Latvia. I think the result speaks for itself. Anyone who has turned 18 can enjoy the game either with real money or in the demo version. Good luck when you play with Kaspars,” says Rihards Streikis.
