Paf shortlisted for Online Casino of the Year award
Paf has been shortlisted at the Global Gaming Awards 2021 in the Online Casino of the Year category. The awards ceremony is organized by the industry magazine Gambling Insider and the winners will be presented in London, June 28th. The Shortlist was decided after a rigorous process and it recognises companies who have performed well in the EMEA region in the past 12 months:
The judges written statement about why Paf was shortlisted
“The Finnish operator offers a wide selection of games from leading suppliers such as NetEnt, Playson, Microgaming, including online slots, table games, video poker and live casino. Last year Paf increased its presence in Sweden by acquiring operator Mandalorian Technologies. The company also recently lowered its loss limit by another €5,000, meaning that the maximum amount Paf customers can lose in one year is now €20,000.”
The winners will be selected by 50 CEOs from the industry, with KPMG monitoring the entire process to ensure full transparency and fairness. Last year, Paf won the award in the “Corporate Responsibility Program of the Year” category.

Paf launches pilot project with Meta in Switzerland
Paf has reached an agreement with Meta on a pilot project aimed at stopping unlicensed gaming companies. The work starts shortly. The goal is to build a model in Switzerland that can then be scaled up to more markets.

Paf extends and expands partnership with La Liga club Real Betis
SpeedyBet, a brand within the Paf Group, has extended and expanded its sponsorship agreement with the Spanish La Liga club Real Betis Balompié. The new agreement runs for two seasons, through the summer of 2028.
