Paf expands its employee-driven donation to €150,000

Paf has once again given all employees the opportunity to donate funds to good causes — and this year the amount was raised to €150,000.

All employees were invited to nominate meaningful causes, projects or organisations they felt deserved part of Paf’s €150,000 donation. After the nomination round, employees cast their votes, and it was these votes that determined which initiatives received funding and how the total sum was shared.

“At Paf, our core mission is to create real value for society, and it’s important that every employee feels part of that purpose. That’s why we invite our people to take an active role in deciding where this donation can make the biggest difference,” says Paf’s CEO Christer Fahlstedt.

This is the third consecutive year that Paf employees have been able to direct a significant donation to good causes. In the first year, employees donated €100,000. Last year the amount increased to €125,000 — and this year it grew again, reaching €150,000.

“It has become a valued tradition at Paf. The employee donation is not part of our usual Paf funds distribution, but it is a meaningful and inspiring way to end the year. Personally, the causes connected to Ukraine are close to my heart,” says CEO Christer Fahlstedt.

How the €150,000 was distributed

When Paf employees gathered for the annual Christmas speech in December, the vote took place — deciding how the €150,000 would be shared among the nominated initiatives.
