Collection of personal data
We collect and process personal data submitted by you in the application form via the recruitment system, Talent Recruiter by HR Manager or otherwise communicated via other communication channels, such as email and/or recruitment agencies. The categories of personal data We collect depends on what position you are seeking, if you are called for an interview or submitting an open application. The information collected may include, names, contact details, education, work experience, language proficiencies and other work-related skills, certificates, references, results and evaluation of interviews and/or tests conducted by Us and/or a third party on behalf of Paf, and, depending on which recruitment step you are in, other background information. Our application process also allows you to pull relevant information from social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Google Drive and Dropbox) into your application form.
Processing of personal data
Your personal data is processed for the sole purpose of evaluating your application, your competence and skills in order to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the position that you have seeked. The processing is based on Our legitimate interest in evaluating your application to manage our relationship with you and to ensure that we recruit the appropriate employee(s). We may share your application with our employees involved in the recruitment and third parties who assist Us in the recruitment process, including, but not limited to, recruitment agencies and providers of personality tests. We may also disclose your personal data where We are required by law, regulation or as a result of a request from an authority.
Collection and processing of references
We are using the digital reference taking service RefApp in Our recruitment process. We are processing name, phone number, e-mail address, IP-address and the personal information that concerns you in the assessment that you are giving as a reference for one of Our candidates, with the purpose to have a quality safe way to evaluate and recruit new employees. This processing of personal data is based on the legal ground “legitimate interest” and Our legitimate interest to receive references from you to be able to assess candidates in a recruitment process.
We do not keep your personal data for longer than it is necessary for the specified purpose. In general, We keep your application and other information until the recruitment process has been concluded and 6 months thereafter.
You are always entitled to request access to your personal data that We process and how it is processed. You can also request correction of your personal data if they are incorrect. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you can also request that your personal data shall be deleted, that the processing activity of your personal data is restricted or object to the processing activity. Under certain conditions, you may also request that your personal data is transmitted in electronic format (data portability). If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you can always withdraw your consent by contacting Us. A withdrawal of consent will however not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal.
